Inspired by dancers from ‘Srtictly Come Dance’ and an Olympian Fitsteps combines Ballroom and Latin steps with fitness moves for a workout suitable for all abilities. No partner needed.

First Aid in the workplace
Qualification level 2 Accredited HSE Compliant. These courses would usually cost anywhere from £60 to £106.
Woodham Village Community Centre has a course available at only £17-50 or free if on Job seekers Allowance.
