Apprentice Teaching Assistant (Level 3)
37 Hours per week

Woodham Academy is seeking to appoint an Apprentice Teaching Assistant to complement the work of teachers. Your key role will be to provide support to Teachers and qualified Teaching Assistants in classes across the school. You will learn how to help children who need extra support, techniques for supervising group activities, managing behaviour, preparing materials that match development needs and understanding child safety policies. The apprentice will work mainly with students who have special educational needs or other vulnerable learners.
