Congratualtions to Mr & Mrs Metcalfe of Newton Aycliffe who won a free holiday in a penthouse in Portugal. All they did was put their property up for sale with local estate agency Property Exchange at Neville Parade. Property exchange ran a promotional offer in July for their clients with a chance to win the holiday in a free draw.
