Gym, Coffee Shop, Sunbeds on Business Park

EHL UK was formed in 1993 and has grown year on year. The company has been looking for some time for new premises in the North East and it was key to stay on the Aycliffe Business Park due to staff living in and around Newton Aycliffe who are long term loyal employees and only right to support them.
When The Oaks Centre came on the market it fitted in with their expansion plans and EHL UK are investing heavily in refurbishing the building to provide a modern recreational facility for Aycliffe.
When purchasing the site, a leisure area fitted in with EHL’s plans so a specialist Siesta Coffee Shop as a meeting hub is being provided. There is no kind of amenity on the business park which offers space for sales meetings, and people passing the site daily can take advantage of stopping for a coffee with only a short walk from their vehicle.
The company is also seeking planning permission for the next phase and the possibility of a “drive through” amenity on their spacious site.
EHL has always wanted to bring a new type of  Gym to Aycliffe and the site lends itself to further leisure activities within the grounds. The gym is not like most cardio gymnasiums and the “Be Inspired Gym” is more for professional body builders and beginners in this area of training, with diet foods, proteins and supplements also available.
The Gym will have a protein bar, relaxation lounge, walk in sunbed area and will be offering spectacular equipment from Hammerstrength, Watsons, Startrac and Life Fitness, Life Rowers and Pulse. Watson’s equipment is exclusive to Be Inspired Gyms.
EHLUK are delivering a fantastic hub for all to use in the heart of the Business Park which all are welcome to visit and use. Glen and Mac who have 40 years experience between them in personal training are ready to greet everyone from beginners to professionals, both ladies and gents. The opening is 27th July and Phil Wilson will be attending the official grand opening on the 31st July.
