Regarding the article in your 28th August edition, ‘DANGEROUS DRIVING AROUND AYCLIFFE’, I would also like to voice my support for what was printed, regarding the absolute inconsiderate driving and speeds of the minority of self-centred idiots who drive up and down Pease Way, Barrington Road, etc., as well as the noise.
The other point I would like to mention is, the speed limit on council estates or any other residential estate is 30mph, not as the writing states as 20mph, unless it is signposted, although I would advise caution and drive at 20mph, especially outside schools, play areas, parks, etc.
