After reading about their hard work in the Newton News, Phil and Andy (from Aycliffe Radio) invited St. Joseph’s Eco Warriors down to the studio to be in their show ‘Around Town’.
Phil said, “This has to be the largest amount of people we’ve had in the studio at once; it’s amazing!”
Phil and Andy asked the children about the projects they were running and what people listening could do to help. Andy commented, “The work you’re doing is really important; hopefully, people listening will hear what you’re doing and join in.”
The children had a great time at the studio and would like to thank Phil and Andy for inviting them.
