Dear Sir,
Just what on earth is happening at Bewick Crescent Surgery? I had a question regarding repeat medication but, on arriving, was confronted with locked doors and a sign advising that the surgery was closed for lunch!
What century are we living in?
Do the powers that be not realise that peoples requirements or pain does not close for lunch?
Do we assume that all the people who require treatment have been seen? Judging by how difficult it is to get a phone or econsult, I doubt it or could it be that staff levels have been cut? I will let you, dear reader, decide.
PS: On a positive note the reception staff, when available, are always most helpful.
