On a dark and stormy night, there is murder afoot! But, whodunnit? St Clare’s Church, Newton Aycliffe is hosting a Murder Mystery evening on December 3rd, which promises to be a great night out for all the family.
Starting at 7pm, the curtain will rise on a classic murder mystery evening, with a delicious hot supper – and all for a ticket price of just £5.
Organiser/Director, Miriam Wilson, said: “It’s going to be a fun evening for people of all ages. The scene is set as a coach carrying weary travellers breaks down during a terrible storm. The nearest refuge is foreboding Talbot Manor. But all is not as it seems and someone has murder in mind…”
It’s a great opportunity to support the fund raising efforts at St Clare’s, which is a welcoming community hub for people of all ages within the parish.
During a hot supper, guests will be able to deliberate on who the perpetrator could be. Look out for some red herrings!
Come along and join in the fun. And don’t forget to bring your own drink. There will be a raffle during the evening.
*Tickets must be purchased in advance. Please contact Miriam Wilson on 01325 787078 or email:
