The Pioneering Care Partnership (PCP) wanted to recognise the importance of its staff this Christmas and the part everyone plays in the delivery of PCP’s mission: ‘to improve people’s health, wellbeing and quality of life’.

This year, staff were asked to nominate their colleagues for 3 separate awards along with a 4th award decided by the management board.

The winners have made a significant impact over the last year in helping us build a better organisation and provide better services and outcomes for our service users, volunteers and staff.

A massive ‘Well done and thank you’ to everyone, not just to the overall winners but to all staff, volunteers and board of directors for their hard work and commitment in helping us achieve so much this year.”
