Carol Gaskarth, PCP Chief Executive, said “PCP are hoping the event will help break the stigma around mental health and get people talking. Too often we hide how we are truly feeling and cover up emotions with a smile and telling people we’re “fine” when we aren’t! PCP want to show people it’s okay not to be okay and a conversation can really help!”
