Clements Design Visual Ltd is a family run business with expertise in all areas, particularly in residential projects with jobs ranging from house extensions to new build constructions.
Steven has 13 years’ experience in architecture ranging from office junior through to senior technician and project design manager. He is degree qualified (first class) in Architectural Technology.
In his spare time Steven is a keep fit fanatic, taking part in “Total Warrior” mud obstacle courses. He also enjoys gaming and music.
Steven is married to Gaynor and they have two children who are what drives them to succeed in life and give the motivation to keep producing quality work.
The couple met while at University, Steven was born in Catterick Garrison and Gaynor comes from Darlington.
Clements provide four service packages which aim to give the customer an affordable scheme based on their specific needs.
The “Drawing Board” package
• Free first visit and consultation
• Survey taken to the required extent of the building
• Existing drawings produced in 2D
• Proposals produced in 2D
• Planning and Building Regulations submitted
• Detailed design carried out to enable smooth build
The “21st Century” package
• As the above plus:
• Photo realistic images showing accurate information
• Fly through of the building internal and external giving the client an idea of the space that shall be provided
The “Belt and Braces” package
• As the above plus:
• Accurate material take off providing a building cost plan
The “Virtual Reality” package
• A standalone service providing our clients the opportunity to see there already drawn scheme in the 3D environment.
• Other architects hand drawn or CAD drawings reproduced into the 3D software with HQ stills and walkthroughs created.
