Sheena Stephenson (centre) received a cheque from MAD Community Choir for ‘Children’s Blessings’ in Newton Aycliffe.

Julie Whitehouse also donated £100 from their Christmas Memory Tree at Whitehouse Funeral Services. Sheena thanks both most sincerely for their donations.

MAD Choir are this week performing at Shildon Civic Hall in Support of EML Music Showcase whilst working on new material for their next fundraiser on April 11th at the Xcel Centre where they will be raising funds for the Alzheimer’s Society

Tickets are £5 and available from Sonia Scott or any of the Choir members

As usual this will be a fun event where the Choir will be performing songs from the 60’s onwards aptly titled “Remember When”. The Show will include song lyrics so the whole audience can join in the fun.
