Pioneering Care Partnership have maintained the highly coveted Investors in People (IIP) Silver Standard award.
The Investors in People Standard is a framework of best practice, awarded to well-run organisations that meet set criteria in areas including learning and development, leadership skills as well as recognition and reward.
Only 2.82 % of Investors in People accredited organisations achieve silver status and PCP is one of the prestigious few.
Carol Gaskarth, PCP Chief Executive said “I was very pleased that it came across strongly in the assessment that people feel that PCP is a great place to work and that staff values are in line with PCPs ethos and culture in terms of providing help and support for the communities we serve, particularly those who may be disadvantaged.
We’ve worked hard to consult with staff on business development and feedback showed people have a good understanding of the direction of the organisation and see how they contribute to the overall aim of PCP.
We’ve always prided ourselves on offering an excellent health, wellbeing and work-life balance approach and it’s great that we’ve been acknowledged for going above and beyond in such a key area. This Award is a recognition of the work, commitment and dedication of everyone. In a bid to make PCP a truly great place to work we plan to continue our process of improving and evolving and will most certainly be aiming for the Gold Standard next time!”
