Dear Sir,
My name is Emily Hunter and I am the new member of the support team for Healthwatch County Durham. My role is as a Signposting and Information Officer and I will be responsible for signposting the public to local services where appropriate.
I would like to gather as much information as possible regarding the local services provided in the area, to allow us to continue building our database and enable us to develop and improve our service.
In addition to this I am also looking at ways to improve our outreach service and develop our drop in sessions. I am keen to hear your views on how we could achieve this and would welcome the opportunity to meet for an informal discussion.
