Year Five from Aycliffe Village Primary were invited by Wes from Star Radio to be on his show. It was very exciting for the pupils to be able to take part in this event. The children were asked to tell jokes and riddles for Wes.

Everybody was able to get a chance to speak about what their favourite thing is about our school.

The things the class said they liked were: maths, extended writing, art, science and history. We were also asked to do animal impressions these included a: pig, chicken, dog, tiger, lion, cow, cat, elephant, snake and a seal.

Overall everyone had a good time. We were on the radio Monday 8th May between 7.30am and 8.00am.
