Starting this Sunday from 10am until 4pm Noir at Bede House, St. Cuthberts Way are opening a Community Salon for people over 12 years old from Newton Aycliffe who are unemployed or on low income.
Teenagers will learn new skills and taught how to do each other’s hair, as well as Adults.
The entry fee is just £10 to cover the cost of products used.
This is a non profit day and Daniele the proprietor, is giving up her day off to offer this service as she wants to give something back to the community.
