The Remembrance Day Parade will leave the Barnard Armoury at approximately 10:40am and proceed to St. Clare’s Church, where there will be a short service including the Last Post and the Reveille with the two minutes silence at 11am. Wreaths will be laid, followed by a service in St. Clare’s Church.
After the service the Parade will reassemble outside of the Church and proceed down Stephenson Way for the Salute and March Past. The Parade will be dismissed in the Barnard Armoury yard.
AYCLIFFE VILLAGE
REMEMBRANCE DAY SERVICE
A Remembrance Day Service will also take place at St. Andrew’s Church, Aycliffe Village on Sunday 12th November 2023 commencing at 3pm.
During the Service the congregation will proceed to the war memorial in the church grounds for the laying of wreaths.
