Last week the visitors to the club were Dylan Hugill and Jack Mallaby who, for a week in the summer, travelled to the outdoor pursuits centre in Teesdale and completed their Rotary Youth Leadership Awards.
We were shown a presentation which they had prepared and given a run down of the challenges they faced. Asked what they had learnt, these are the skills they have acquired: Team Building, Communication,
Risk Awareness and ‘enjoy the moment’.
We are very proud of you Dylan and Jack and a great reminder to us of why we are Rotarians.
