Councillors are getting a lot of requests for salt bins to be refilled which is understandable given the recent weather.

There are over 2000 bins in the County and getting to them all will take time.

You can help by reporting empty ones using the number on the side of the bin.

Snow clearance and or gritting by the County Council only applies to bus routes.

A number of residents unable to get out of their streets due to snow and ice have requested they receive salt bins.
