Helen Patterson is the proud new owner of a pet supplies outlet which will be opening on Aycliffe Business Park today (1st February).
21 year old Helen is starting her first venture into self employed business. The company is called “Dr. Batty’s Pet & Country Store” and will sell everything you would need for pets; such as bird seed, dog food, bedding, toys, cages, equipment and specialist feeds, medicines and vitamins etc.
The store is opening its doors for the first time today, 1st February, to public and everyone is welcome.
The store opening hours will be Monday to Friday, 10.00am to 4.00pm and Saturday by appointment only (closed on Sundays).
Helen also runs a stall every other weekend at a bird auction and also runs her own bird auction in Middlesbrough (hence the no weekend opening hours). The new business is based at unit 28, Durham Way South, Aycliffe Business Park, Newton Aycliffe, DL5 6ZF.
