Would you like to get fit, tone up, lose weight and feel motivated?  Come and join our very friendly fitness classes. Jenny Pears has over 12 years experience of working within the fitness industry, teaching a variety of classes, working in gymnasiums and health clubs. She relocated to County Durham and wants to establish fitness classes in the local community.
She wanted to create very friendly fitness classes were everyone feels welcome, have fun, work hard and enjoy exercise. She has 2 classes at School Aycliffe Community Hall on a Monday Evening: 6.15pm – 7.00pm Bums, Legs and Tums and 7.00pm – 7.45pm Body Blitz
£3.00 per class or both classes for £5.00. It would be great to see you there.

Classes are hard work, fun but not too serious, suitable for all abilities and ages. I have 2 children and know how challenging it is to find the time to lose weight and tone up. The classes have been devised to give a full body workout in 45 minutes. Giving your body maximum workout in minimal amount of time.
I set these classes up as thought it would be a great way to meet people, have fun, be sociable while exercising. I would like to encourage people to exercise as there are so many benefits physically and mentally. We have established a small class with friendly people and great atmosphere. It would be great if we could create a social group outside of the classes too.
Jenny’s son was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder not long after she moved to Heighington. I made the decision to give up work and support and care for my son. This made it more challenging to meet people and highlighted the importance of seeing people and doing something for myself.
“Exercise became very important to me as it got me out of the house and gave me the space I needed. Now 2 years later i know the value of exercising and seeing people.  I wanted to create classes that are not just about exercise but also have a huge positive impact socially and create something great in the local community”. said Jenny.
