I write in the hope that the person responsible for dumping several bags of leaves against the fences of properties on Langley Road which back onto Central Avenue reads this.
Please stop dumping your leaves, take them to the tip or pay for a green waste bin like a responsible member of society.
I have reported this littering to both the Council and Police.
