On the 21st September 2018 staff at Bewick Crescent Surgery took part in Jeans for Genes day. Staff spent the day in their jeans to raise money to support children that have been born with genetic disorders; it is estimated that 30,000 babies and children are diagnosed with a genetic disorder each year and money raised will go towards providing them with essential lifelong support and care to improve their lives.
£120 has been raised so far but badges are still being sold at reception – please show your support and help the surgery raise even more money for this worthwhile cause.
