Children and staff held a special assembly at Sugar Hill Primary school on the last day of term to say a special thank you to a long serving member of staff.
Mrs McCormack and the children presented Jacqui Megran with her gift and flowers after 29 years service as a lunchtime supervisor.
Jacqui started working at Sugar Hill on the 1st April 1994. She was very emotional saying her goodbyes to colleagues and children.
Jacqui told Mrs Legge, that she is looking forward to spending more time with family and friends. She is a keen cook, baker and gardener and hopes to spend her time enjoying her hobbies. Jacqui has two grandchildren and is very much looking forward to spending more time with them.
Everyone at Sugar Hill wishes Jacqui a long and happy retirement and would like to thank her for her long service and support to so many children over the years.
