Helen McLean, local artist, has created sculptural art in the form of hand-painted, embellished wooden “steampunk” bears and ballerina cats.
They are one-of-a-kind art objects best described as whimsical and contemporary. Each steampunk bear is named and is different in character as each is hand-painted and uniquely embellished with clock parts, metal, leather, etc.
The ballerina cats are also named, embellished and hand-painted but different in style from the steampunk bears. These are fun, feline art objects.
