Family learning month continues with Greenfield Arts working in partnership with local community venues and organisations to offer a range of activities for families.
Following high demand for over the Summer period and the success of our “Out of the Bag” fun day in June, this half term we tried something different, and will be hosting two free family fun days on Tuesday 29th and Wednesday 30th October from 10:30am to 2:30pm.
The days will be “drop in” to offer a wide range of activities that can be accessed by a larger number of families. We are pleased to welcome new artists and facilitators including Ruby Singh, and Eat, Sleep, Hoop hula hoopers, and are looking forward to trying the new activities!
Also joining us will be Steve Cooper, Environment Officer for Great Aycliffe Town Council who will be delivering Halloween inspired activities. As well as these activities we have “Pro Energy,” the Big Draw, Out of the Bag, SMART materials and healthy food inspiration, hopefully something to please everyone!
We are pleased to be able to work with such great artists and facilitators and to be able to offer this great opportunity to local families for free!
This is just one of the great activities we have planned over this month, including more “Out of the Bag” sessions at local community centres. Visit www.greenfield-arts.co.uk or call us on 01325 379048 for more information!
