St Teresa’s Hospice launches 2023 Summer Ball.
A highlight of the social calendar will take guests ‘Down the Rabbit Hole’ for an evening filled with wonder this June.
The annual Ball, in aid of St Teresa’s Hospice, with a fascinating Alice in Wonderland theme, will take place on Saturday 10th June at Hardwick Hall Hotel.
The ‘Down the Rabbit Hole’ Ball promises to be an extraordinary night in celebration of the Darlington-based charity.
Guests will fall straight into Lewis Carroll’s classic fantasy novel from the moment they arrive. Starting the evening with a cocktail fit for a Mad Hatters Tea Party, followed by a three-course meal, guests will dance the night away with live entertainment. Along with a raffle and charity auction, guests are sure to leave with a Cheshire Cat grin.
Community Events Fundraiser, Sam Sarsfield, said: “It costs approximately £9,358 each day to provide the specialist care we do, so it’s really important that we run fundraising events like the Ball – and this year’s has certainly been a fun one to plan!
We’re thrilled to be returning to Hardwick Hall Hotel, especially with a bit of summer sun this year, and can’t wait to unveil our very own Wonderland on the night!
“Tickets are on sale now, and we can’t wait to see new and returning guests. This is an event you certainly wouldn’t want to be late for! The event is set to raise thousands of pounds towards the running costs of the Hospice as it strives to fund the specialist care St Teresa’s provide for people with terminal illness and their loved ones.”
Tickets for ‘Down the Rabbit Hole’ are £65 per person or £650 for a table of 10. If guests purchase 2 tables of 10, they will receive a discounted rate of £60.00 per ticket.
