Dear Sir,
With regards to thoughtless horse riders could I point out having been involved with horses all my life and would say there are also many car drivers that do not respect horse riders or have horse sense!
Horses have the right of way and when Councillor Hillary was going round with his magnifing glass I was surprised he did not notice all the damage that cars have done parking on the grass.
That damage to grass is about 3 metres long but he only saw a 4 inch horse print!
I think there are many more constructive ways he can use his time
