The sleepy little town of Shildon is to come alive on Saturday the 11th and Sunday the 12th of September when it hosts the biggest Carnival in the North East (with Newcastle Town Moor and Durham Miners Gala among others being cancelled). This will be one massive family fun event & much needed party with FREE admission, FREE MONSTER TRUCK’S (where the huge turbo beasts decimate cars and accelerate at such a speed they leap into the air) coupled with this, the event will boast a world food court, an all day continental bar and the biggest fun fair Shildon has ever seen including a 120ft theme park ride and golden carousel amongst many others.
As said, it is FREE to get in and watch the amazing MONSTER TRUCK SHOWS totally FREE. The fun starts at 11am until 7pm people can also actually ride on a monster truck!
