As part of the Aycliffe Festival season, Pioneering Care Partnership (PCP) is inviting people to a free family fun day on Saturday 15 July between 10am – 2.30pm in the grounds of the Pioneering Care Centre in Newton Aycliffe. If you’re looking for something fun and different to do with the kids, there will be lots going on including craft workshop, biscuit decorating, face painting, gardening activities, soft play and bouncy castle.  Learn more about the art of science, visit the petting zoo, meet the magician and watch a Punch and Judy show.

We are also expecting a visit from the local fire service and some famous mascot characters will be mixing with the crowds. PCP’s on-site Coffee Shop will be open throughout the event to serve a range of tasty, healthy snacks, light meals, sweet treats and refreshments. The Pioneering Care Centre and its grounds are fully accessible, the event will be open to all and there will be no entrance fee.
