This Halloween is to see the return of ‘safe trick-or-treat’ at the Cornmill Centre in Darlington, allowing little witches and wizards to collect goodies from the centre’s retailers on Friday 27th October between 11am and 4pm.

Families can enjoy the thrill of trick-or-treating while following a map along terrifying treasure trails, leading to a host of different activities. The centre will be putting on gruesome games and wicked workshops for kids, and the chance to get a magic makeover with glitter tattoos.

Susan Young, centre manager at Cornmill Shopping Centre, comments: “We’re getting into the spooky spirit this Halloween and are really excited to see everyone dressed up in the centre. The safe trick-or-treating event is ideal for parents looking for some scary but safe fun for their little monsters.”

The Cornmill’s trick-or-treat event is free as part of the centre’s Kids Club loyalty scheme which launched earlier this summer and aims to enhance the shopping experience for families.
