The winner of this years’ Community Enhancement Award was Mr. & Mrs. Vincent of 7 Heatherburn Court. The Mayor, Councillor Barbara Clare, visited the couple to present them with the ‘Lady Beveridge Rose Bowl’ after being chosen as the winner of the Community Enhancement Award for 2013. The Mayor was delighted to make this presentation and congratulate the couple on the outstanding quality of their entry.
