ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

In accordance with the Constitution and Charity Law the above meeting is open to all, but only full members will be eligible to vote for items on the agenda.
Nominations for Officers, Committee Members (forms available from the Secretary or the Centre) proposals or any other business must be with the Secretary on or before the 1st May 2013
All Members and Attendees will receive a copy of the Agenda and Minutes of the last meeting on arrival at the AGM. If you would like a copy up to 2 weeks prior to the meeting contact the Secretary. A copy of the Agenda will be posted on the main notice board no later than 2 weeks prior to the meeting.
