As usual, very busy with a record number of small hogs owing into Rescue needing help and as they are very small it’s unlikely they will be released this year. Little hogs should be picked up if seen during the day, they may have a problem which is going to be well hidden. We have to be quick to diagnose, treat and rehabilitate even if they are overwintered, problems still occur.
We want to thank everyone who has brought in hedgehogs, donations too, because they are accepted with gratitude. As for fundraising, can I remind everyone we have the Scout Hall on Sunday afternoon,1-5pm lots of lovely things for sale to help our prickly pals, all of them hand made by our lovely supporters, Valerie and June, some lovely gifts off Debbie and her husband when they called to take Summer home. We will also be doing a tombola.
Photo: Here is our smallest baby at the moment, Baby Betty, she will be here till spring. Hope to see you on Sunday.
