Dear Sir, I have decided to do this, my second charity gig, after the sad news that a very close family member is terminally ill with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia. As you can imagine it will be an emotional evening for my family, yet I will do what I am best at and sing for all I’m worth! I will be supporting Bright Red (Ward 33 at Freeman Hospital). Bright Red is a brilliant charity that helps those with blood cancer and their families with practical support and funding for research. Please can I call upon anyone wishing to purchase a ticket for this gig to get involved by calling 01325 303141 and I will be there to deliver your tickets. A superb charity supporting people in the North East. Together lets try to help find a cure for this horrible, awful disease. The event will take place on Friday 29th March at the Cricket Club, Moore Lane from 7.30pm. Tickets are priced at £5.00 each. The other charity which will benefit from the evening is Junction 7. Junction 7 is a place for the Aycliffe Community, where you can get help with and access a variety of services. They offer emergency food services, red vouchers, pre-loved school uniforms, pre-loved furniture and white goods. They are a forward thinking organisation and the staff are non-judgmental, offering respect and empathy. They are based at 7 Silverdale Place and open Monday to Thursday from 10 to 12 noon. Contact 07754 244547 or email junc7tion@gmail.com I do hope you will join me on the night of Friday 29th March at the Cricket Club to support these two fantastic hard working charities. Thank you Shanaya
