Scarlet Whitaker Dunn got to grips driving her Honda Cadet for the first time in very wet conditions at Warden Law Circuit, Sunderland.
In very wet conditions, giving the track very little grip, made driving at speed very difficult. Scarlet soon adjusted her racing lines, throttle control and braking to match the conditions.
“The very wet conditions was a new learning curve for Scarlet which she persevered with to soon get the hang of it,” said Mam (Amanda).
“Driving in the wet was difficult at first and I kept spinning in circles until I got the hang of it,” said Scarlet.
“Thanks to team Amaron Racing (Grandad, Mam and Rob) and Andy at PHM (Peninsula Historic Motorsport) for all your help today”, said Scarlet.
