Tesco would like to take this opportunity to update and thank our customers for what we have achieved together, to support our local community during the Covid-19 crisis. We have been extremely busy trying to help as many of our deserving projects as we can.
Here are a few examples: Community Foodbank, Cat & Dog Shelter, Local Care Homes, Police, Elderly Customers, Local Schools, County Durham Furniture Help Scheme, Play Cafe, Junction 7, Lifeline Community Action, Local Families and Endeavour Woodcraft.
We have donated flour and other ingredients to our local residents who have been baking to support our community. We have also donated sweets to our local surgeries and care homes, to give the people looking after us a well needed boost.
