ROF59’s Music Festival returns on 30th September
A fabulous line up for all the family to enjoy and if you do need to keep the kids amused there are some fantastic deals, an inflatable disco dome (free entry), unlimited bounce & climb between 3pm to 9pm for a special festival price of £5.00, also VR & Laser Combat at a discounted price.
Plus outside there will be great carnival rides (charges may apply). Catering to suit all tastes will be available: from a hog roast, selection of freshly prepared hot & cold snacks from our newly renovated ice cream parlour to good homemade food in the restaurant for those that prefer to relax.
Marquee: 1.15-1.45: Flipside
A young and fun band who bring an abundance of energy to the stage. Their musical genre is wide ranging covering many artists including The Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Amy Winehouse, amongst many others, as well as performing their own music.
2.00-2.30: Purple Remedy
A local classic rock cover band playing the likes of AC/DC, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Steppenwolf, Jimi Hendrix and many more
2.45-3.15: Metis
A local based indie rock band whose influences are Oasis, Stereophonics, Catfish and the Bottlemen. They have also written and produced their own original tracks one of which was voted track of the week on BBC introducing earlier this year
3.30 – 3.45: Austic Weller
Mark comes with 13 years of portraying Paul Weller, playing a set of Acoustic Tunes from The Jam, Style Council and of Course Paul Weller’s extensive solo material.
4.30-5.15: Share the Darkness
The band members are all professional musicians with over 130 years collective experience. Playing full on rollockin’ Irish performances with some modern folk and easy rock thrown in for good measure.
5.30-6.15: Single by Sunday
Capital FM crowned them Scotland’s best unsigned band and they won the chance to play in front of their peers at the Scottish Music Awards last year. It’s no wonder they have been likened to The Vamps and 5SOS.”
18.30 –  19.15 Frostie
4 Piece Indie/rock band playing all the best from the 60’s to current day
7.30-8.30: The Clashed
The ultimate clash tribute band hailing from the north east of England bringing you pure power and a stage presence and show you won’t forget
8.45-9.45: The Whodlums
Formed in mid-2006 with the aim of recreating the authenticity and sound of The Who live. Whether you are a die-hard Who fan or the casual listener – it will be a performance to remember
10.00-11.00: The Scar Beats
Take Six talented musicians and a crazy energetic front man with just as crazy brass section driving the very best of Ska sounds from Madness, The Specials, The Beat and The Selector to name but a few – a great  end to night’s entertainment for the old and the young alike
