Rolo is a PAT therapy dog who comes into school each week to listen to the children of St. Francis’ read (as well as giving lots of cuddles).
But really, Rolo does more than just listen to our children read… research has shown that therapy dogs, like Rolo, can help reduce anxiety and stress, as well as improve mood and wellbeing. It is such a treat for the children and staff and we can’t thank Simon Clayton, the owner, who brings Rolo in each week, enough.
