Darlington Samaritans are holding a fundraising 5k in conjunction with Darlington Harriers on Wednesday 26th April in South Park, Darlington.
The Darlington Samaritans branch continued through the pandemic to offer support by telephone and email, as part of a network to offer 24/7 cover. They are all unpaid volunteers, whether on the phones or as support workers. As their usual fundraising has been curtailed, they rely on kind donations and grants to keep them going. This is a perfect opportunity to say thank you while supporting your own mental health by getting active around the beautiful South Park.
