The winners of this years’ Community Enhancement Award for 2017 is Mr. Bain of 2 Neile Road. The Mayor, Councillor Wendy Hillary, visited his lovely garden to award him the ‘Lady Beveridge Rose Bowl’ and a commemorative clock. The Mayor was delighted to make the presentation and congratulated him on his outstanding entry.
