Less Litter if Bins Were Emptied!

Dear Sir,
Further to the article in the Newton News on litter in the town centre.
These pictures illustrate that some residents are trying to keep their town tidy by using the bins provided, but if the bins are not emptied frequently enough then litter will spill out and blow around.
The pigeons also seem to be using this as a source of food which is another problem in itself.
