I write to ask the lady who rides a push bike with a red trailer attached along the path from Woodham Academy and the Burn. Please be aware that you are breaking the law and it is a danger (with you having such a wide trailer) to other people using the footpath.
You have no bell either.
Several times you have passed young children and people using the footpaths and nearly knocked into them, failing even to look back or apologise. You are breaking the law by riding on the public footpaths in this manner, please remain on the highways and roads.
