Are you looking for something to do? Are you sick of just watching TV?Do You Want to become more active but can’t be bothered with exercising or going to the Gym or are you bored with the same old, same old? Do you enjoy Live Music or Dancing or both?
If you answered yes to any of these, then come along to the Royal British Legion on Thursday Nights at 7.45pm on your own or with friends and have some fun, everyone is welcome to listen or dance with a friendly bunch of people.
The evening starts at 8 o’clock with Angie the dance instructor, who has 18 years dance experience and is a fully qualified BWDA Line Dance Instructor. She decided to take three exams to get this qualification five years ago when the line dancers were left without a instructor and the dance night was about to close.
Angie will keep you up to date with all the latest country music dance chart hits and says “It is a fun and friendly way to exercise and meet new friends; it can also help to keep you feeling young and healthy”.
At 9pm there is a live Country and Western Act on stage for 45 minutes to entertain you whether you are a dancer, listener or both, and they return back on stage for a further 45 minutes at 10.30pm, with raffle draws and bingo during the interval.
The Cover Charge is just £3 for a full evening of entertainment which includes a free Raffle draw ticket. Extra tickets can be bought along with an optional short session of fun bingo called at the interval. A fully licensed bar with snacks, soft drinks and tea or coffee are also available.

Everyone is welcome every week with Thursday February 26th being no exception when we celebrate our 18th anniversary with a party night. Fancy Dress or Western Dress is optional so get yourself along for a fun fantastic night of entertainment.
