North East Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is looking to recruit new members and volunteers and will be on hand at Newton Aycliffe Library on Tuesday 13th November from 10am until 12pm.
There are lots of opportunities to get involved with North East Ambulance Service, including becoming a member of the Trust, volunteering to drive patients to and from pre-planned appointments or volunteering as a porter to help patients when they arrive at hospital for their appointment.
The Trust covers an area of around 3,230 square miles, serving a population of more than 2.71 million people and employing more than 2,500 staff including valued volunteers.
Local Governors will be available to provide more information.
