I would like to thank all the people in the Greenfield, Horndale Byerley Park, Bluebell and Middridge County Ward who have supported me over the past 14 years. It has been a pleasure to work with and for you all.
Unfortunately the Ward Boundaries changed before the elections and I stood in West Ward and lost my seat. I made the wrong decision and I should have remained with the loyal people I have known for many years.
I will still carry out all my community work especially with young people, with my club New Friends New Places and older people. I am hoping to start a befriending group visiting older lonely people.
I will still organise the Community Bus for all groups to use and offer to drive it if you do not have your own driver.
