Dear Sir,
I shop in Tesco every Tuesday morning around 11 o’ clock and on Tuesday 18th December I went to the cooked counter for chicken thighs but the trays were empty, so I asked the assistant if there were any, she said they were in the oven and would be 5 minutes before they are ready.
So I asked her to keep me four in one bag and six in another as I was shopping for a friend as well, and that I would come back for them.
I carried on shopping and turned a corner to find the assistant coming towards me with the two bags of chicken. I was over the moon and thanked her.
Now that is what I call excellent customer service.
