Dear Sir,
On Saturday 25th June a cat was chased and killed by a large dog in the Pemberton road area of Woodham.
This was a very distressing event and should not have happened as the dog was running free. It may have come from the wooded area  at the rear of the street where the owner may have let the dog off the leash.
Please keep your dog on the leash at all times.
