School Aycliffe’s young budding racer, 5 year old Harrison Dunn, lines up this weekend to make his motorsport competition debut.

He is due to compete at local track Teesside Karting, Middlesbrough, where he was testing again on his Birel Bambino Comer Kart last weekend, setting his best lap times to date & clocking up over 70 laps in the process.

Harrison is the younger brother of Scarlet Dunn who has been successful in Bambino Comer and IAME karting.

Their team, Amaron racing, will be supporting them for the weekend. The team is made up of 3 generations of family racers; Grandad Ron, Mam Amanda & Scarlet & Harrison.

“Harrison is really looking forward to this event and also to see his karting friends again!” said Mam.

The event is free for spectators to attend and is also streamed live at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fCX6op3KzOY
