The trip to Whitby was great and the weather did not dampen our enjoyment especially mine – I achieved a boyhood dream of seeing the bridge working! Better still it was me who rang the bell, stopped the traffic, shut the gates and waved the boats through, – Heaven!

Our next residents’ meeting is also a PACT Meeting with our local police and councillors. This is on Wednesday 1st June at Greenfield Arts and Community College at 6pm. Refreshments served at 5.45pm. I look forward to seeing you all.
